Open iTunes, and on the top menu bar, click on “Advanced”

Under “Advanced”, click on “Subscribe to Podcast”

A new window appears, right-click anywhere inside the field and then click paste, followed by “OK”

And that’s it! Your iTunes should now automatically download new episodes of the Sacramento Current podcast on its own. Be sure that your own personal settings are to your liking for your iPod or iPhone for best results.
